The Archive Year — your family's archive, built for you.
- Unlimited uploads. Photos and videos from phones, laptops, drives, and cloud accounts — organized by Family Intelligence as you go.
- Month one: your concierge session. A live, one-on-one session with a real person who sets up your archive with you, answers every question, and plans what to send first.
- Month one: your first envelope. A prepaid envelope for your first batch of photos — fill it when you're ready and drop it in the mail. Tracked and insured both ways, every original returned. US addresses only for now.
- Archival scanning & curation. A named human archivist who scans, catalogues, and curates all year — and asks the questions nobody thought to ask.
- Your Memories Lockbox. Built and engraved through the year, delivered at month twelve. Take delivery, or keep the archive growing.
- Legacy instructions. Name the family member who should receive your Lockbox as part of your estate or legacy plan, and we deliver it to them when the time comes.
- Export everything, always. Open .mem files, ungated, at every point in the year. Your archive is never held hostage.
We onboard a limited number of families each month. The first conversation is free — and splitting $99 three ways with your siblings is $33 each.
Unlimited uploads are for one family's own archive and subject to a fair-use policy. The concierge session and first envelope are included in your first month only; after that, additional envelopes and memory boxes are a modest fixed price, posted before you order. Your archivist will plan anything oversized — framed pieces, reels in volume, an estate — with you at a fixed price. Cancel anytime; your exports and your originals are always yours. The Archive Year is currently available to families in the United States: envelopes, boxes, and the Lockbox ship to US addresses only, and all prices are in US dollars.
